I offer two types of bodywork treatments, Devotional Massage Ritual {with warm organic oil} or Zenthai Shiatsu {fully clothed on floor mats, whichcan be tailored for pregnant mamma’s to receive}.
My offerings are woven together with intention, ritual and reverence, to nourish the nervous system, encourage the unravelling of stress patterns and tension to create spaciousness in body and mind so that the whispers of the heart and soul can be heard.

Devotional Massage Ritual
A deeply nourishing and devotional treatment using warm organic oil, with hands as an extension of the heart to nurture and tend to your body, mind, heart, and soul. This ritual blends bodywork and energy work, inviting release, restoration and a return to inner harmony.

Zenthai Shiatsu Therapy
Allow yourself to be danced by the elements in this fluid and dynamic form of remedial & energetic bodywork therapy, seamlessly blending the traditional somatic understanding of Zen Shiatsu with Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathic techniques. Adaptable for the pregnancy journey. Cupping and Moxibustion herbal therapy optional.

Underpinned by 5 Element Theory and the meridian system from Traditional Chinese Medicine, a session is tailored to your needs, listening to the body’s subtle communication throughout the treatment to support the unravelling of the nervous system, the release of tension in body and mind and improvement of energy flow.
With the capacity to treat issues of the musculoskeletal, digestive, reproductive and nervous systems and offer relief from pain, a Zenthai Shiatsu session can also take you on a journey beyond the realms of the physical into a space of deep surrender, a space to meet and integrate your experiences, clear stuck energy and emotions and offer an invitation to listen to your heart’s whispers and soul’s wisdom.

Calling upon the wisdom of the plant kingdom to support your healing journey, we tune into your intention and use the art of Kinesiology to find a specific flower essence or plant tincture that supports your process or integration. Sealed with a personalised affirmation to support the recalibration of your subconscious field to an expanded state of being and a take-home essence to enhance vibrational shifts post-session.
